I got a bunch of great recipies that u should deffinitly try out.
These smoothies are in general really healthy and you can always play with different flavours and fruits.
You can always add sugar or honey if you prefer a more sweetened smoothie.
The base ingredients that you need are : milk , yogurt , ice.
So here we go , these are my smoothie recipies.
Mango morning smoothie
For 2 people
Ingredients :
125 ml milk
pulp of 1/2 mango
1/4 banana
125 ml yogurt
1 swabbed tablespoon roasted muesli
3 icecubes
Preparation :
Put all the ingedrients in a blender and mix till the mixture is nice and smooth.
Serve in cold glasses and you can add some muesli on top for decoration.
Strawberry smoothie
For 2 people
Ingredients :
125 ml milk
6 frozen strawberries
125 ml yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
2-3 drips of vanilla essence
4 icecubes
Preparation :
Put all the ingedrients in a blender and mix till the mixture is nice and smooth.
Serve in cold glasses and you can add a strawberry to the glass for decoration.
Banana berry smoothie
For 2 people
Ingredients :
125 ml milk
1 banana
6 frozen strawberries
10-12 blue berries ( you can always add more)
1 teaspoon honey
2 drips of vanilla essence
4 icecubes
Preparation :
Put all the ingedrients in a blender and mix till the mixture is nice and smooth.
Serve in cold glasses and you can add some blueberries and a strawberry on top for decoration.
Tropical smoothie
Ingredients :
125 ml milk
1/2 banana
2 strawberries
a piece of pineapple (ca.110grams)
125 ml yogurt
1 teapsoon honey
2 icecubes
125 ml coconutmilk
Preparation :
Put all the ingedrients in a blender and mix till the mixture is nice and smooth.
Pour the mixture in a glass with 125 ml coconutmilk and stir everything.
You can add some strawberries for decoration.
Passion fruit smoothie
For 2 people
Ingredients :
125 ml milk
1/2 apple , peeled and sliced in little pieces
1/2 banana
juice of 1 orange
pulp of 1 passionfruit
125 ml yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
Preparation :
Put all the ingedrients in a blender and mix till the mixture is nice and smooth.
Banana choco nuts smoothie
For 2 people
Ingredients :
125 ml milk1 banana
2 tablespoons chocolatesauce
2 tablespoons hazelnutpaste
125ml yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
2-3 drips vanilla essence
4 icecubes
Preparation :
Put all the ingedrients in a blender and mix till the mixture is nice and smooth.
Peanutbutter jelly smoothie
For 2 people
Ingredients :
125 ml milk
1/2 banana
4 strawberries
4 tablespoons peanutbutter
125 ml yogurt
1 teaspoon strawberry jelly
4 icecubes
Preparation :
Put all the ingedrients in a blender and mix till the mixture is nice and smooth.
For decoration you can putt a spoon of peanutbutter on top.
Tiramisu smoothie
For 2 people
Ingredients :
125 ml milk
1/2 teaspoon decafe instantcoffee
1 banana
1 long finger cookie (crummed)
125 ml yogurt
1/2 teaspoon chocolatesauce
2-3 drips of vanilla essence
4 icecubes
Preparation :
Put all the ingedrients in a blender and mix till the mixture is nice and smooth.
And put some crums of the cookie on top
Honey cereal smoothie
Ingredients :
125 ml milk
ca. 110 grams pawpawfruit or custardapple ( without seeds)
140 g mini wheats ( cereals)
65 ml yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
2-3 drips of vanilla essence
2 icecubes
Preparation :
Put all the ingedrients in a blender and mix till the mixture is nice and smooth.
For decoration - put some cereals and honey on top
Banana Oreo smoothie
For 2 people
Ingredients :
125 ml milk
1 banana
2 oreo cookies (crummed)
80 ml yogurt
4 icecubes
Preparation :
Put all the ingedrients in a blender and mix till the mixture is nice and smooth.
And putt some crummed oreos on top , or a whole cookie
Sunset smoothie
Ingredients :
125 ml yogurt
1 bloodorange , peeled and without seeds
pulp of 1/2 mango
pulp of 2 passion fruits
1 teaspoon honey
2-3 drips of vanilla essence
4 icecubes
Preparation :
Put all the ingedrients in a blender and mix till the mixture is nice and smooth.
Add some yogurt on top , this will give a nice effect and put some passionfruit pulp on top.
One of my favorite smoothies :
With milk , pineapple , coconut and cinnamon.
